Steel & Build

The runner is maintenance-free AUS8 stainless steel that holds its edge longer for a longer-lasting blade. It is inset into the aluminum chassis and permanently secured with three axles on a parallel chassis, so every sharpening stays accurate and consistent over the life of the blade.
