Shipping Policy
At Cutting Edge Skates, we want to get your gear to you as quickly as possible so you can hit the ice. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Figure skating packages (boot and blade combos) require professional mounting and may take an additional 3 business days to process before shipping.
If an item is on backorder, we will contact you directly with an updated shipping estimate.

Carrier & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your package at ups.com/track or through the link in your confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at sales@cuttingedgeskates.com. We will work with UPS to file a claim and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
