Cutting Edge Skates was born from a simple belief: EVERY figure skater deserves access to the best equipment, honest guidance, and a team that truly understands the sport.
We started our shop in 2025 because we saw a gap. Too many skaters — from nervous beginners lacing up for the first time, to competitive athletes chasing their next triple — were navigating equipment decisions without the support they needed. Buying figure skates isn't like buying sneakers. The right boot, the right blade, the right fit can be the difference between a breakthrough season and a frustrating one. We wanted to be the people skaters could trust to get it right.

Every product we carry, we believe in. We partner with manufacturers like EDEA, MK, John Wilson, Jackson, and Paramount because their equipment is what we'd put on our own feet. When 144 skilled artisans in Italy handcraft a pair of EDEA boots, that commitment to quality matches our own commitment to the skaters who wear them.
