The Jackson Misses Evo is a complete, ready-to-skate figure skate built for the beginner who is stepping off basic skills and into freestyle. It pairs a light-support Jackson boot with a factory-sharpened Ultima Mark IV blade, so a new freestyler gets a properly matched setup without piecing parts together. With a Jackson Support Rating of 20, it gives you the give-and-guidance balance you want while you learn edges, crossovers, spins, and your first jumps. This temporary-mount version ships with the blade set so your fitter can dial in final position for your stroke.

A light-support boot that moves with a learning skater

At a Support Rating of 20, the Evo is intentionally forgiving: enough structure to hold your ankle, enough flex to let you bend deep into your knees and rotate freely. The upper is a lightweight, cut-resistant microfiber over Jackson's lightweight Fusion sole, and heat-moldable reinforcements plus split-leather backing let a fitter customize the fit around your foot. A U-shaped cuff with adjusted back height opens up your range of motion so nothing fights you as your technique grows.

The Ultima Mark IV blade, matched to the level

This is where the complete set earns its keep. The Ultima Mark IV is an all-purpose blade with a straight-cut toe pick and a stable 8-foot rocker, ground to a 1/2" radius of hollow on a chrome finish with a standard heel. That flatter rocker gives a developing skater confident, predictable glide, while the toe pick is sized for controlled first jumps and toe-assisted skills rather than aggressive attack. It is the right blade for exactly this stage.

Comfortable from the first lesson

A soft, non-abrasive fabric lining makes the initial fit gentle, and the tongue's soft top-line eliminates shin bite during long practice sessions. The Evo comes in Regular (A/B) and Wide (C/D) widths so you can get a secure hold whether your foot is narrow or broad. Break-in is quick for a boot at this level, and the fit suits recreational and Learn-to-Skate freestyle skaters moving up.

Ready to skate out of the box

Because the Mark IV arrives factory-sharpened and mounted, you skip the guesswork and cost of buying and fitting a blade separately. For a beginner freestyler, that means a correctly paired, sharpened, ready-to-skate setup and real value in one purchase.
