The Ultima Apex Dance TB115 is built for advanced competitive ice dancers who need tight, controlled maneuvering without giving up glide. Developed with input from elite dance skaters, its profile is tuned for the quick turns, close footwork, and twizzle series that define the discipline. If you have outgrown a freestyle blade and skate dance seriously, this is a blade that keeps up with your edges.
Built for Ice Dance
Every element of the Apex Dance is shaped around dance movement. A shortened heel clears the ice sooner so you can pull into close maneuvers and partnered footwork, while higher stanchions let you drop into deeper edges with confidence. The result is a blade that turns tighter and holds cleaner than a general freestyle profile.
Geometry & Glide
The 7-foot rocker and 7/16" radius of hollow balance agility with speed, giving you responsive turns and fast, quiet glide. Tapered edges cut friction compared with traditional edges, improving edge control and flow, and the wider runner base adds stability through twizzles and sustained edge work.
Steel & Construction
The runner is titanium-coated stainless steel, hardened for longer edge life and less frequent sharpening. Cross-cut toe picks give you dependable grip for pushes and stops, and a lattice-cut toe plate trims weight so the blade stays light and quick underfoot.
